R. Arnold Stoess Violin Bow

R. Arnold Stoess was an accomplished bow maker who practiced his trade in Markneukirchen, Saxony, Germany during the late 19th and early-20th century and this bow is an excellent example of his work. It is a round-section pernambuco stick with a full silver mount, silver winding, mother-of-pearl slide, blind ebony frog, and a three-piece silver and ebony button.
