This is a post-World War II commercial trade bow made in West Germany, then brought to America by the famous Scherl & Roth Company, dealers in instruments and bows. The bows were sold to many violin shops in the states from 1950-1970. Our bow is in good condition and has been fully gone over in our bow workshop. The bow is round-section, pernambuco specie, fully lined in nickel silver, and with single mother-of-pearl eyes in the frog. The stick has silver winding with a leather thumb grip, and the end cap is full silver.

Weight fully haired is 58.0 grams.
