This 3/4 size bow was made in Brazil in 2016. I have completely gone over the stick. I cleaned and French polished the stick, polished the silver, added a new thumb grip in goat, and re-haired the bow. The bow is round section, pernambuco, with imitation whalebone winding. The ebony frog is fully lined with mother-of-pearl Parisian eyes and slide. The slide pops in color and the frog is nickel silver mounted. The pernambuco is firm and the bow is finished with a leather thumb grip and a three-piece nickel and ebony button. This bow will make a great playing stick for a serious younger player.
Weight fully haired 55.0 grams.
