T. Pampolin Brasil Gold Special Edition Violin Bow

We have a gold mount Special Edition violin bow made by Tiago Pampolin. The stick is exquisite: ipe with an erect head, round-section, and with a bone tip. The transition from the octagonal cut at the frog to the round is under the winding at 180 mm. The winding is silver tinsel and gold tinsel emerging from a lizard leather thumb grip. The fully-lined ebony frog has lovely mother-of-pearl for the eyes and slide, and the pearl eyes are encircled by a 1 mm gold ring. The lining is held in place by very fine pins. The bow is completed with a three-piece gold and ebony adjuster that has a pearl dot on the end.
