W R Schuster, Viola Bow circa 1960
Check out this strong octagonal full-lined German trade bow being in excellent condition. This bow was made in Markneukirchen, Germany soon after WWII. The bow is branded on the player’s side and it is pernambuco specie, octagonal-section with an ebony frog, single mother-of-pearl eye, three-piece endscrew. The winding is sterling silver which helps give the bow a nice balance. This will make a fine playing bow for an intermediate player.
Weight fully haired 70.5 grams.
