Nikolaus Bero Sterling Silver Cello Bow c. 1995
The bow was imported from Europe by the Quinlan & Fabish Music Co., Bloomington Indiana in 1995. The cello bow is pernambuco specie, reddish brown in its color, octagonal in section, sterling silver mounted, and with a sterling silver tip. The bow has an imitation whalebone winding and leather thumb grip. The Parisian eye model frog is mounted in sterling silver and is finished off with a three-piece endscrew. The bow is firm and has very good strength. It is in very good condition with very little wear.
