Baush 4/4 Size German Cello Bow ca. 1970
This is a full-size German cello bow, stamped BAUSH, which was made for the commercial trade. The bow is Brazilwood specie, round in section and mounted in nickel silver. The winding is made of woven thread and a leather thumb. The frog has a single mother-of-pearl eyes and a three-piece endscrew. This is a fully lined bow that is semi-firm and in very good condition. The bow plays well and would be fine for a beginner level player looking for a wood bow. The bow is lightweight and easy to handle.
