If you’re looking for a classic beautiful violin bow that will elevate your playing, this is it! The MINI-WEAVE carbon fiber violin bows feature a visible, patterned smaller carbon lattice that provides extra strength, resilience, and a clean sound projection compared to our standard solid color J R Judd Violin Black carbon fiber bows.
Strength and firmness are noticeable in the stick. The outer MINI-WEAVE is protected by a clear resin coating. Light scratching or scuffing from accidental bumps can occur on the exterior coat, but it rarely compromises the structural integrity of the mini-weave carbon fiber underneath. The bow is round in section, nickel mounted, and finished with our Blind eye classic ebony frog, our English style Dodd look to complete the bow. The winding is nickel with a black silk accent thread for contrast. The winding is captured at the frog’s end with a lizard thumb grip.
