We have an Eastman Strings pernambuco cello bow in very good condition. This is a 21 year old bow that has been meticulously gone over here in the workshop. New leather thumb grip, new mother of pearl slide, and new hair. The stick is pernambuco, round in section, sterling silver mounts, and has an imitation whalebone winding with a goat leather thumb grip. The frog is fully lined and has single mother-of-pearl eyes and a colorful pearl slide. The button is three-piece silver/ebony/silver with a pearl end dot. The bow is firm and handles very well. This bow will bring out the colors on your treble register and help the low register boom. The strength of the stick is evident; it will help move air on the bottom strings. This bow will make a great fit for the player looking to get into a pernambuco bow.
