German bow with good bones. The pernambuco stick has firmness and a good balance. Craftsmanship and a little bit of elegance is evident in the section. The octagonal adds to the firmness and we decided to replace the original winding with a new nickel silver winding and leather thumb and lapping. The Parisian eye frog is fully lined and it is finished off with a three-piece endscrew. The bow is in very good condition and the lighter weight makes the stick easy to control. This will make a great stick for the player looking to create a different sound and step up into a wooden bow.
Nice bow- German, octagonal in section, and fitted in nickel silver fittings.
Weight fully haired 58.6 grams.
