Nicholas Amati Copy ca. 1910
This is a sweet Amati pattern violin made in Germany circa 1910. The violin has held up well for its years. It has a fantastic highly flamed one-piece back with gorgeous matching ribs, neck, and scroll. The instrument has a great balance and a quick response. The treble sound is sweet and not overly bright. The bass side is very pleasant. The violin is simply a delight to play.
