A German violin bow with a French name. The bow has an inverted brand of LEON PIQUE. It is pernambuco specie, octagonal in section within a fully lined nickel mounted bow. The German workshop trade bow has a strong, slightly worn frog and a decent stick. The wear on the frog and stick itself is all normal playing wear. The bow has strength, with patina visible on the stick, possibly from being tapped against a music stand. The bow is in good condition having received new leathers and a good cleaning. The bow has a Parisian eye frog to go with the French name on the bow and some beautiful blue crystal hues in the mother-of-pearl eyes and slide.

Weight fully haired 60.8 grams.
