This is a full-size violin bow branded HOLSTEIN *** three-star. The pernambuco bow is round in section, sterling silver mounted, and with large mother of pearl eyes with a silver ring in the ebony frog. The three-piece endscrew contains a more intricate middle section of ebony and mother of pearl. The winding has a green thread woven into the sterling silver with the traditional leather thumb grip. The silver winding shows some playing wear which is the normal area where a player will hold the bow. The bow is in very good condition, well balanced and is an excellent choice for an up-and-coming player.
