All instrument payments go toward the final purchase of an instrument. When all payments have been met, the instrument is yours. There is no interest charged.
The instrument payment includes a monthly insurance charge. Damage/Repair insurance covers the instrument, case and bow for all repairs except strings.
Standard cello rentals are available in sizes from 1/4 to 4/4.
Hybrid cello rentals are available in sizes from 1/8 to 4/4.
Carved cello rentals are available in sizes from 1/8 to 4/4.

Rental instruments have full trade-in value at J.R. Judd Violins. All funds paid (excluding tax and insurance) during the rental agreement can be applied to other instruments at the shop. If you should outgrow your present instrument while in the rental program, just bring it back to exchange for a larger size instrument. There is no additional charge for a larger size rental instrument.
Rental payments are made on a credit or debit card. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. There is no need to remember to send in a payment. The rental contract can be ceased at any time with the return of the instrument outfit.
Each rental outfit includes the instrument, a composite-fiber bow with real horse hair and a case. (Protege case for violin and viola, padded bag for cello and bass). All rental instrument outfits come with a free folding music stand.
